Russell is a licensed attorney who graduated from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. His law career follows more than a decade in the architecture field, having earned his Texas architect's license. Carlie is a marketing and event strategist. She earned battle wounds in the hospitality and education industries. Carlie grew up in Lewisville, and is proud graduate of Oklahoma State University. She spends her free time with her husband and chasing her children.
